SWIMMING SPORTS

PAEROA SCHOOL FIXTURE ANNUAL MEETING HELD GOOD COMPETITION IN BATHS Although the weather was overcast it remained fine for the annual swimming sports of the Paeroa District High School held in the Municipal Baths on Wednesday afternoon. There was a good attendance of parents and some excellent competition was witnessed.

Well organised, the large programme was run off in record time, one race starting almost as soon as the previous race finished; A loudspeaker system greatly assisted in the efficiency of the organisation.
