POSSESSION SOUGHT
CASE HEARD IN PAEROA ORDER FOR RENT ARREARS In the Paeroa Court on Monday before Mr W. H. Freeman, S.M., W. G. Crosby proceeded against S. E. Keutenius’ for the possession of a house and £3'B 10s arrears, of rent.
After inspecting the house and fixing the weekly rental the Magistrate entered; an order for possession on or before January 4, 1945, warrant to be suspended so long as Keutenius pays 10s' per week off. the arrears and keeps the current rent paid.
