TRIPLET CALVES

BORN ON WAITAKARURU FARM ALL HEALTHY AND THRIVING An unusual event took place recently on the farm of Mr C. C. Clark, Canal road West, Waitakaruru, when a 21-year-old grade Jersey heifer gave birth to triplet calves. The calves, which are very similar in appearance, are now a fortnight old and are quite healthy and thriving well. The owner intends to keep the calves, allowing them to be reared by the mother.
