VERY DISAPPOINTED
VALLEY DAIRY COMPANY RECENT INCREASE IN PRICES “ That the directorate of the Te Aroha-Thames Valley Dairy Company is very disappointed with the increased prices granted to dairy farmers for the ensuing season. The increased labour costs do not make the labour reward sufficient to attract farm labour. Nevertheless the company stands whole-heartedly behind the drive for additional production,” was a resolution passed by the directors of the Te ArohaThames Valley Co-operative Dairy Co., Ltd., at a meeting held on Tuesday.
