BEAUTIFUL BABIES
SHOW AT WAITAKARURU FIFTY INFANTS IN CONTEST The baby show held by the Waitakaruru Plunket Society at the Patriotic Sports Meeting on April 1, brought forward a large number of contestants. There were fifty entries, and Sister Sheridan of Turua who had the difficult task of judging said that they were all prize-winners. The successful babies were. Class 1, under six months. —Maisie Sole 1, Lorraine Richardson 2. Class 2, six to 12 months. —Catherine. Bageant 1, Keith Beagle 2. Class 3, 12 to 18 months. —Patsy Smith 1, Fay Roycroft 2. Class 4, one to two years.—Lesley | Cannons 1, Glennis Bourne and Christine Lawrence, dead heat, 2.
