The Public Trustee invites tenders for the purchase of a freehold farm property of 180 acres more or less situated at Coroglen between Thames and Whitianga. Approximately 110 acres have been ploughed, disced and sown in grass seed. There are no buildings. . Purchaser will be required to purchase certain -fertiliser and grass seed now on the property. Conditions of tender may be inspected at the Public Trust Office at Thames and the Post Office at Coroglen. Any further particulars may be obtained from the Public Trust Office at Thames. The highest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
