Mr T. H. Wright of Paeroa, is an inmate of the Thames Hospital. At the -October meeting of the Paeroa Bordugh Council the Mayor, Mr Edwin Edwards, was authorised to attend the Municipal Conference to ibe held in Napier on February 23. and 24, 11144. At Wednesday’s l meeting of the Hauraki 'Plains County’Council; Mr S. Bayden of Ngatea "was ranger. • Lieutenant Hugh Dent who has been in Ngatea on leaVe, has returned to camp. Flight-Lieut. A. North, 5.M.0., is visiting his parents in 'Paeroa while, on leave from a Northern Air Base. Private I. Neil (on furlough) has been staying in Ngatea as the guest of his sister, Mrs A. Courtney. Sergeant V. H. Booth of the R.N.Z.A.F. spent last week-end in
