Flight-Sgt. H. A. Wilson addressed the parade of the Air Training Corps held in Paeroa on Thursday night.

Trooper Bruce Dobson M.M., who is the cousin of Mrs Neville Hedges, Waitakaruru, spent a short time with her on furlough. Trooper Dobson is a member of the famous Long Range Desert Group, which did such remarkable work in Egypt. It was during one of these campaigns that he was awarded the Military Medal, for ser-* vices rendered, but owing to the secrecy of the work undertaken, the citation will not be published until after the war.
