The Paeroa Volunteer Fire Brigade was called out last night at approxi-

Parfitt, presiding. Others presnt were Messrs J. F. Mayn, D. G. McMillan, W. H. Cheale, C. W. Schultz, F. Pinchess, A. H. Sutton, J. W. Neate, the clerk, Mr E. A. Mahoney, and the engineer, Mr J. C. Clarke.
