PATRIOTIC CONCERT

TO BE HELD BY BOWLING CLUB FIXTURE ARRANGED FOR MAY To assist the Paeroa District Patriotic Committee in raising its quota of £2144 for 1943 the Paeroa Bowling Club have appointed two members, Messrs W. Pirie and R. Whiting, to organise a concert to be held in the Regent Theatre during May. The organisers promise that the public can look forward to a firstclass evening’s entertainment. The programme will consist of vocal and instrumental items, dancing and Paeroa’s greatest comedians. The box plans will open shortly at Marriott s store, and the organisers advise patrons to reserve their seats and avoid being disappointed.
