SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES RECENT EXAMINATIONS Successful candidates in the St. John Ambulance examinations conducted in Paeroa recently by the divisional surgeon, Dr. S. L. Haslett, are: — Members of the Ladies’ . Nursing Division now eligible for a label to their medallion: Superintendent (Mrs) M. Shaw, Lady Secretary (Miss) G. Gwilliam, Hon. Officer (Miss) R. Dickson, and Ambulance Sister (Miss) L. Tarrant. Members of the nursing division who won their medallion are: Ambulance. sisters (Mrs) H. Darby, (Mrs) A. Fielding, (Miss) E. Hitchcock and (Mrs) A Wheeler. First Aid Class: Mrs R. Currie, Miss F. Hollinshead, Miss V. Large and Mrs P. Mathieson.
Home Nursing Class: Mrs I. Costello, Mrs A. Gwilliam, Mrs M. Hair, Miss A. Hill (Netherton), Mrs I. Pope, Miss ‘V. Pratt, Miss M. Reid (Netherton) and Miss A. Whisker (Netherton). The lecturers were the lady superintendent, Mrs M. -Shaw, and ladyofficer G. Gwilliam and Mrs M. C. Mills for Netherton.
Mrs Harvey Evans acted as supervisor at the examinations which were conducted in the Paeroa Ambulance Hall.
