(To the Editor.) Sir, —Mr Mulvihill, commenting on the strong criticism of Mr Lanstone’s appointment as High Commissioner to Canada, implies that Mr Langstone did not need any farming experience as Minister of Lands, as “farming has nothing to do with economics.” Has Mr Langstone any knowledge of economics, or any special qualifications for his present job?— l am, etc., NOW THEN.
