All heifers sold will be guaranteed in calf; if any prove empty the purchaser must notify the vendor within six weeks from date of sale. Half the value of any proving empty will be refunded. All stock purchased will be placed on trucks or delivered at Katikati or Waihi. Auctioneers’ Note.—We have inspected these heifers and can confidently recommend them to intending purchasers.
