HAURAKI LODGE

ODDFELLOWS IN COROMANDEL FORTNIGHTLY MEETING HELD The fortnightly meeting of the Hauraki Lodge was held in the lodge room, Coromandel, on Monday, March 30. Sister Deeble, acting N.G., presided over a good attendance of members. A hearty welcome was accorded to P.G. Sister Alice Riley who is spending her annual leave in Coromandel.

Four nominations were received .for membership of the lodge and Order. The secretary, P.G. Sister Lucas gave a report on the conference held recently in Auckland, at which she attended as delegate. A hearty vote of thanks was accorded 'Sister Lucas for the interesting report.

After the Lodge Prayer, the lodge was duly closed and the members spent a happy time round the supper table.
