OPPOSITION EXPRESSED

SHOULD BE NO DISCRIMINATION OFFICERS & MEN IN HOSPITAL When a communication was read from the Health Department at the Thames Hospital ißoard meeting yesterday that if officers and men from military units were admitted to hospital together they should not be placed in contiguous beds. Mr W. C. Kennedy spoke in opposition to any distinction. Mr Kennedy did not think the department had. any right to tell the board what it should do in this matter. If he had his way the board would not make any distinction as suggested.
