THE NGATEA SCHOOL

USE AS EXAMINATION CENTRE. The Ngatea District High School Committee met on Monday evening. Present: Messrs S. Phelps, T. A. McClean, W. McDuff, and the secretary, Mr E. A. Mahoney. It was decided that the secretary should write to the Auckland Education Board asking for permission to use the manual training school for the University Entrance examination if it was decided to have a centre at Ngatea this year. A grant of £9 was received from the board for the re-sealing of ths path to the manual school.
