IN THE MATTER of “The Trustee Act, 1908,” Section 74 and IN THE MATTER of the Estate of EMILY MEDHURST, of Paeroa, in New Zealand, Widow, Deceased. PURSUANT to an Order made by a Judge of the Supreme Court of New Zealand at Auckland on the 26th day of November, 1935, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that all creditors and other persons having claims against the Estate of the above named Emily Medhurst, who died on or about the 13th day of November, 1934, and Probate of whose Will was granted on the 31st day of January, 1935, ARE HEREBY REQUIRED to send in their claims, together with written particulars thereof, to CLARENCE NORMAN O’NEILL at his office, Eldon Chambers, Paeroa, on or before the 17th day of January, 1935. NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN by the Executor that after the 17th day of January, 1935, the executor proposes to distribute the assets of the deceased among the persons entitled thereto, having regard to the claims of which the Executor then has notice; and in such event, pursuant to Section 74 of “The Trustee Act, 1908,” the Executor, having given the notices directed by the aforesaid Order, will not be liable for the assets so distributed to any .person of whose claim the Executor had no notice at the time of the distribution of the said assets.
