Exceptionally interesting is this week’s issue of the “N.Z. Sporting and Dramatic Review,” a wide variety of subjects coming under the eye of the camera, and being reproduced with the outstanding artistry that characterises this magazine. A special feature graphically handled is the history of the Liverpool Grand National, the world’s greatest steeplechase. The centre double pagee depicts patrons at the Franklin Racing Club’s meeting at Pukekohe, snapped on the lawns. Golfers will be interested in the snaps, taken at the opening of the Maungakiekie Club. Brides and childhood studies make an attractive showing, and the stage and cinema are represented in attractive p rrtraits.
