RASPBERRY PUDDING. 4oz. butter, i cup sugar, 1 teaspoon Edmond's baking powder, 1 breakfastcup flour, 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons raspberry jam. Beat butter and sugar to a cream, add eggs (well beaten), then the flour and baking powder mixed, and lastly jam. Put into a buhterel basin and steam 2i hours.
