HUNTLY ROAD BOARD NOTCE OF INTENTION TO RAISE A LOAN. THE Local Bodies Loan Act. 1913, the State Advances Act. 1913 ; the Road Boards Act, 1908, and any other Statutes now or hereafter passed affecting Loans to Local Bodies. PROPOSED LQAN of £3OO (Three-hundred Pounds), for the purpose of metalling the roads of the Starrtown Special Rating Area. The Huntly Road Board hereby give notice: — 1. That the particular purpose for which the Loan is required is the Metalling of the roads of the Starrtown Special Rating Area, commencing from the Huntly Town Board Boundary, and proceeding erstwords. 2. That, it being unable to provide the necessary funds for such works out of ordinary' revenue, proposes to borrow the sum of £3OO from the State Advances Office. 3. That it proposes that such Loan of £3OO together with interest at the rate of 4% per cen- I turn per annum shall be repaid in 36% years by' 73 half-yearly I instalments in accordance with the table gazetted on the 30th I April, 1914, 4. That the proposed security • for the proposed Loan shali be a | Special Rate 1 1-10 (one and I one tenth) pence in the £ on the Capital value of all rateable property within the Starrtown Special i Rating Area, which rate is estimated to give and meet 10 per , centum more than the said pre- ' scribed periodical payments or | instalments of principal and | interest as they fall due.
5. The provision for repayment is that the said Loan shall be repaid in 36F3 years as particularly prescribed in paragraph 3 of this notice by 73 half-yearly instalments in accordance with regulations. 6.
