Ist and 2nd DECEMBER, 1916 HOLIDAY Excursion Tickets to AUCKLAND will be issued from Taumarunui and all Stations North thereof on 30tli November, and Ist December, and from Kaukapakapr, Hamilton, and intermediate Stations on 2nd December by Trains arriving Auckland up to 12.55 p.m. These tickets are available for return up to and including Saturday, 9th December, 1916. EXCURSION TICKETS issued to Auckland from any Station North of Taumarunui will NOT be available by, and will NOT be accepted on, the WellingtonAuckland Express Trains. SATURDAY, 2nd DECEMBER The usual 6.40 a.m. Train, Mercer to Auckland will start from Drury at 7.i3 a.m. A Train will leave Mercer for Auckland at 7 a.ra. BY ORDER, New Zealand Railways TIME-TABLE ALTERATIONS FROM Ist DECEMBER, 1916 EXPRESS Trains will run between Auckland and Thames as follows : Auckland depart 9.15 a.m., Auckland arrive 4.45 p.m. Thames depart 9.18 a.m., Auckland arrive 4.55 p.m. The Auckland-Rotorua Express Train will leave Auckland at 10 0 a.m., and arrive Rotorua 5.22 p.m. The Rotorua-Auckland Express Train will leave Rotorua at 9 0 a.m., and arrive Auckland at 4.0- p.m. BY ORDER. NOTICE RESPECTING PROPOSED MANGAWHARA £IVER DISTRICT, COUNTY OF WAIKATO. Department of Internal Affairs, Wellington, 14th November, 1916. IT is hereby notified that a petition has been presented to His Excellency the Governor, under the River Boards Act 1908, and its amendments, praying that the area described in the Schedule hereto may be constituted a river district under the said Acts, by name the Mangawhara River District. All persons affected are hereby called upon to lodge any written objecjections to or petitions against the constitution of the said river district which they desire to lodge within one month from the first publication of this notice, such objections or petitions to he addressed to the Minister of Internal Affairs, Wellington. SCHEDULE. Description of Boundaries of the Proposed Mangawhara River District. ALL that area in the Auckland Land District bounded by a line commencing at the south-western corner of Lot 5 of Section 465, Taupiri Parish; thence along the western and north-western boundaries of that lot, the western boundary of Lot 7, and across a road to Section 203, Taupiri Parish ; along the southern and eastern boundaries of that section and the eastern boundary of Section 202 to the OhinewaiTahuna Road; along that road to the north-eastern boundary of Hoe-o-Tainui North No. 5A ; along the north-eastern boundary of that block and of.Hoe-o-Tainui North No. 5a South, and the northern boundary of Hoe-o-Tainui South No. 4a to the eastern boundary of Waikato County, along that boundary to Block XVI, Hapuakohe Survey District; thence westerly along the northern boundaries of Blocks XVI, XV, and XIV to the road near the north-eastern corner of the said Block XIV ; along that road to and along the road forming the north-eastern boundaries of Sections 5 and 3, Riwi Settlement, to its junction with the TaupiriOrini Road, and along that road to the Tauliei Stream ; along that stream to and across the Mangawhara River, and thence along the .right bank of that rivor to the south-western corner of Lot 5 of Section 465, Taupiri Parish, the commencement.
