THURSDAY. Mr E. J. Farrell, J.P., Presiding. Mr James Fletcher, manager of Ralph’s Colliery, was charged that about the 12 l!i day September, 1914, he did omit without lawful excuse to observe his legal duty in regard to the safety of the lives of the miners in Ralph’s Colliery aforesaid, and in consequence of vneh om Psion did iamß irton, and thereby commit manslaughter. The defendant was ireties of £l5O each an I a personal bond for the same amount.
