COUNTY ENROLMENTS The following additional enrolmenta in Westland County have been sent in; Kokatahi-Koitcrangi: F. S; Godfrey, R. H. Growcott, W. P. Jones, P. J. Marshall, C. J. P. O’Reilly, N. G. Spence.. Qtira-Christehureh Road: A. W. Adams', Chas. Berry, C. L. Crawford, A It. Emerson, A. 0. Muir, F. 0. Thomas. ‘ Armlets have been forwarded to tho secretaries for the above. MEETING AT RUATAPU. There was a well attended meeting of residents of Manama and Ruatapu at the school room, Ruatapu last evening, when Air Jas. Donovan, County Chairman, explained the action of the County Council at the request of the Government, in giving residents the opportunity of forming branches of the Homo Guard. Mr Evans, clerk, also spoke, giving details of the movement as far as available, and explaining the general course of procedure. There was a ready response in enrolment, 28 coming forward, and the following committee of control was appointed: Messrs H. W. Wilson (chairman), and W. Barrowman (Union representative), John Murphy (A.S.R.A.), E. Growcott (R.S.A.), H. W. Thomson and J. J. Coombes (Manama), Secretary, W. J. M. Hayward (business section). The following were the enlistments received, with additions to come:— John Henry Arnerich, John Barrowman Alexander, William James Bernhard, Joseph Bissoll, Erie James Breeze, Henry Forsythe Breeze, Peter Alexander Breeze, Joseph John Coombes, Robinson James Cowan, William John Montgomerie Hayward, William Hudson, Thomas George liiglis.
