One hundred and fifty French boys, aged from 14 to 16, who have escaped from France have entered a camp in northwest, England, which Boy Scouts have organised. SOVIET APPOINTMENT. BERLIN, July 11. The radio quoted a Moscow despatch that Kuusinen has been appointed head of the Soviet Karelian Republic.
