The American Press Rome correspondent says Dr. Gayda reports an Italian-German agreement for a threefold attack on Britahi, consisting of a blockade for breaking Empire contacts, and defeating Britain “at Home, in Imperial territories, and at sea.” Each partner has been assigned tasks for this purpose, Italy’s being to strike in Egypt, from Cyrenaica, at the BritishEgyptian Sudan, from East Africa, at Kenya, at British Somaliland, and also to harass British shipping in the i Atlantic, Mediterranean, Red Sea and Indian Ocean, and immobilise a large part of Britain's seapower in the Mediterranean.
