It is announced .thaf Britain. on June 16, communicated to France a draft declaration t whereby “the two Governments declare that France , and Britain shall no longer bd two nations,but one French-British union. “The constitution of. the union wil' provide for joint organs of, defence, foreign, financial and. economic, polk tics. Evefy citizen of France will enijoy immediately the, citizenship >of Britain, and every.
