NOTICE is hereby given that the seat on the Westland Land Board held by John Ryall, Esq., the elective member, will become vacant by effluxion of time on the 28th day o'l' July, 1940, and that nominations for the election of a duly qualified person to fill such vacancy will bn received at this office up to 4 o clock p.in. on 18th June, 1940.
