CASES IN ENGLAND. SOME FAMOUS NAMES. LONDON, April 12. Famous names are included in the latest divorce list by which 1445 cases will be heard at the Easter Liiw;'sittings. They include Captain David Margesson, the Chief Governments Whip, and Mrs Margesson, the Earl and Countess of Craven, Sir Henry and Lady Broughton, Sir Malcolm and Lady Campbell, and Sir Francis and Lady Fentberston-Godley. Captain Margesson has been Parliamentary Secretary to the Treasury and Chief Whip since UK 11. He lias been Conservative member for Rugby since 11)24. Meyrick and MrA Meyrick, took place in May, 1939. Both Sir Malcolm and his wife, Lady Dorothy Evelyn Campbell, are asking for a divorce. The famous racing motorist married in 1920, when ho was an unknown trier on the raeing tracks. Lady Broughton is asking for the dissolution of her marriage to Sir (Henry John) Drives Broughton, Bart. Sir Henry is the 13 th baronet, and succeeded to the title in 1914, the year after his marriage. Three years ago Major Sir Francis Fetherston-Godley was given a knighthood for his public services. He has been a prominent worker for the British Legion. Lady Kathleen FethertonGodiey is now bringing an action for divorce against her husband, whom she married 20 years ago. A contested divorce suit is being brought by Viscount Long of Wraxall. Lady Long is defending the suit. A petition for divorce brought by the Hon.
