(Per Press Association —Copyright). WELLINGTON, May 17. Some 600 Wellington recruits for the Third Echelon assembled this morning, and marched to the station to entrain for Trentham, where they will undergo training. The streets were lined by a considerable number of people, who had come in from the suburbs to see them go by, and as the band approached at the head of the march, the spectators were swelled by the outrush of staffs from shops and ‘offices.
