FOUR CANDIDATES. (Per Press Association —Copyright). AUCKLAND, April 29. There, are tour candidates now nominated for the vacant Auckland West seat in .the House of Representatives, formerly held by the late Rt. Hon. M. J. Savage. The Returning Officer for the electorate to-day received two nominations, one being that of the official Labour Party candidate. These bring the total to four, .as there were previously two nominations. The full list is now as follows r Peter Carr (motorman), official Labour candidate. Enoch Naden (barman), of Ponsonbv. Laurence Pickles (company director), Independent Socialist. Clement C. Watson (journalist), official Communist Party candidate. The by-election will be held on May 18, and nominations close on May 1.
