A War Office communique states the position in Gudbrandsdal Valley is unchanged. Heavy enemy air attacks were carried out against the towns of Andalsnes and Molde. There has been patrol activity in Namsos area, but nothing further to report from Narvik. (Received this day at 9.25 a.m.). GOTHENBURG, April 29. Germans are reported to be landing more troops at Oslo. A big battle in Gudbrandsdal Valley is expected. It is reported that- the Allied withdrawal from Lilleliammer has ceased and that the Germans have been thrown back south of Dombas. German ’planes are continuing merciless attacks on Dombas and Andalsnes. The Allies have held up the Germans at Jerkin, and fighting is also in progress at 'Kvikne. GERMAN REPORT. (Received this day at 10.45 a.m.) LONDON, Apal 29. The German News Agency admits a stubborn enemy resistance is taking place at various places in Norway, and says that the British have evidently received instructions to stiffen the. resistance. . GERMAN WOUNDED. (Received this day at 10.45 a.m.) . LONDON, April'29. Many German wounded soldiers are arriving at Oslo with civilians who are being removed from hospitals.
