River in Westland. •2. That such loan be called ' “The Little Wanganui (Poerua) River Pro. tection Works Loan 1940,” 3. That such special loan be repayable in five years. 4: That the rate of interest on the said special loan’shall be £4 10s pei centum per annum. 5. That the security for the repayment of the said loan and the interest thereon be a special rate of eleven-thirty-seconds (11/32nds) of a penny in the pound on’ the' rateable value (on the basis of the capital value) of all rateable property in that part of tin Westland County comprising all that area iii the Inter-Wanganui District lying between the Big Wanganui River to the northward and the Little Wanganui (Poerua) River to the southward bounded to the eastward by the Wilberg Range from above the Big Wanganui River Traffic- Bridge to the junction with.
