DEATH SENTENCES CHARGES OF INSURRECTION. v United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright). (Received this day at 9.20 a.ra.) SINGAPORE, November 24. A special court at Bangkok sentenced to death twenty-one persons convicted of insurrection by trying to overthrow the Government. Three of these twenty one were reprieved and sentenced to life imprisonment. Twenty-two others were given life sentences and seven were acquitted. Those reprieved include - the son of King Ghulalongkorn, also the commander of Siam’s Expeditionary Force in Europe in the Great War. Two sons of this commander are among those sentenced to death.
