The broadcast hours for Transmission I at the time of going to press are 6 p.m. to 10 p.m., New Zealand Sum-, mer Time. The BBC New Zealand Observer announces that the current timing of Transmission 1 is from 5.27 p.m. to 9.30 p.m.,i New Zealand Standard Time. This, however, is subject to alteration. The following wavelengths are also liable to alteration : GSB, 31.55 metres; GSD, 25.53 metres; GSI, 19.66 metres. The frequencies are: GSB, 9,510 kc/s.; GSD, 11,750 kc/s.; GSI, 15,260 kc/s. Listeners should also take note of NBS and NOBS announcements about rebroadcasts from Daventry. These are frequent.
