SPECIAL FORCE
concentration begins TO-DAY. (Per Press Association—Copyright) WELLINGTON, September 25. It is announced that to-morrow the concentration of the special force will commence with the assembly of officers; warrant officers, and non-commissiorieu officers at the mobilisation camps in each military district. Officers, warrant: officers, and non-commissioned officers wiK undergo a short intensive course ol instruction, and will make all necessary arrangements to take over the men of tli,eir units wheji the latter arrive in camp a week later. The concentration of the rank- and flic will start on October 3, and will be completed by the evening of October 6. Each man will receive orders when and where "to report to proceed to camp. In order that every unit of the territorial force shall be given its proportionate representation in the special force, quotas have been allotted by army headquarters to the military districts, and these quotas have in turn been sub-allotted to areas and units. Training camps have been established iu each military district and the following table gives the units that wil) be quartered'in the Southern Military District at Burnham camp.
