(Received this day at 9.30 a.m.). BELEM (Mexico) , Sept. 6. A North German Lloyd motor-ship is reported to have been sunk in mid-At-lantic. It is apparently the third ship to which the Ministry of Information in London referred to, in an earlier announcement. NAVAL TREATY. DENOUNCED BY BRITAIN. (Received this day at 10.30 a.m.). .
