Two civil air pilots claim a new speed record, averaging 253 miles- an hour over a triangular course of 3102 miles. The previous record, held by the French aviator, M. Rossi, was 250.6 miles an hour over 3150 miles. TO RETURN HOME. LONDON, Sept. 5. The New Zealand Rugby League team now at Harrogate, is returning home as soon as possible, unless the war conditions permit an early resumption of fixtures. ,
