The French radio refers to there be? ing indications of serious disorders during the past few days in several German cities, including Stuttgart and Munich. MONTREAL, Sept. 5. Despatches reporting Czech disorders continue.
Heavy detachments of troops have left Dresden and Leipzig for Bohemia and Moravia, where they have occupied various edifices and have used machine-guns. The (principal disturbances are at Brno, Prague and Pilsen, and in concentration camps of Czech refugees in Slovakia.

NEW YORK, Sept. 4
The London correspondent of the United Press of America states: “The German short-wave radio asserts that five of the 12 British planes, attacking Wilhelmshaven /and Cuxhaven, were shot down by - anti-aircrftft. The others escaped over the Dutch border.” LATER. . : LONDON, Sept. 5. A German communique states that all the 12 British bombers raiding the Wilhelmshaven and Cuxhaven area were shot down. The battleship “Grafspee” brought down three. HATERS OF WAR. ISSUE MANIFESTO. LONDON, September 4.
The German Social Democratic Party, through its joint presidents, Herr Otto Wells and .Herr Hans Vogel) has issued a manifesto to the German people on • behalf of “the haters of war and dictatorship,” declaring: “The whole w eight and guilt of this monstrous crime against humanity rest with Herr Hitler and his system, the final overthrow ;of which is a prerequisite to European peace and reorganisation.”
The manifesto also urges the German people to fight for freedom and get rid of Herr Hitler. REPORTED DISORDERS. (Received this day at 9.35 a.m.) I NEW YORK, September 5. OF VIOLENT DETONATION.
