X JUDGAIENT REVERSED

WELLINGTON, July 29.
The Court of Appeal, delivering judgment to-day in i the case of AVilsons (N.Z.) Portland Cement, Ltd., against tbu Attorney-General heard in June, unanimously allowed the appeal of the company and set aside the injunction which the Attorney-General, on behalf of the North Auckland. Electric Power Boards lias obtained,' preventing the ittyuisrijissipj! of steam-generated elecifric power ; along lines from the company’s plant to the borough of. Whangarei and other consumers. A. cross appeal which the AttorneyGeueral had brought for the purpose of obtaining a more definite injunction than that granted him in the Supreme Court was dismissed. The company was allowed costs in the Supreme Court and the Court of Appeal.
