Mis new 'forPhafid functioned well, McNeill carried tlie fight to Parker in thp first two sets, going to the net consistently, hut Parker was too steady and passed repeatedly with unerring sideliners The victory has boosted his chances for a Davis Cup place.
In the women’s finals, Miss Bernhard defeated Miss Workman 6/3, 7/5.
