BUCHAREST, April 27. It is accepted ’ that, the British-Ru-manian talks wiH result in a. British credit to Rumania. The amount ( [s authoritatively stated to be £5,000,000, mostly for the purchase of arms , and military equipment. It is stated that Sir Frederick LeithRoss, Chief Economic Adviser to' the British Government, is going to Greece after the conclusion of the talks with Rumania. GUARANTEE TO RUMANIA. PARTS, April 27. The Rumanian Foreign Minister (M. Gafencu) had a conference with the Foreign Minister (M. Bonnet) and the Prime Minister (M. Daladier) on the technical application of the BritishFrench guarantee to Rumania. It is understood that" France and Rumania are exchanging munitions and oil.
