FLIGHTS TO START SEPTEMBER • ~ (Australian Press Association). SYDNEY, April 26. According to Mr A. E. Rudder, Australian representative of Imperial Airways, the flying-boat base at Auckland should be completed in June. The work had gone on there, he said, particularly well. He added that, .test flights across Tasman Sea should begin in September, by which time the radio facilities at Lord Howe Island should also be completed.
