A PROTEST. . (Australian Press Association). . MELBOURNE, April 26. The secretary of th e Australian Qonue.il of Trade Unions, Mr C. Qrofts, to-day serit a telegram of protest to the Prime Minister (Mr R ; G. Slenzie) against the shipping of silver and lead concentrates from the Mount Isa mines in Queensland to Japan. : . .He said that waterside workers at Tpwbsviile were loading concentrates under protest and trouble similar to that at Port Kembla was likely to occur at'any moment.
