KOKATAHI SALE. The National Mortgage Coy., Ltd., report on the Kokatahi sale held on Wednesday last as follows: — There was a fairly large yarding of cattle offered to a fair attendance of buyers, and a good proportion of the entry was disposed of at ruling market rates. There was no demand for the two lines of sheep on offer, and both lots were passed in.. The following is a list of our principal sales: On account of Mrs O. Meharry, 3 fat bullocks at £9 10s, 6 ditto from £7 7s 6d to £7 17s Gd, 3 fax* heifers at £5 17s 6d ; on account of Dick Mulholland, 1 fat heifer at £5 7s Gd, 1 cow at £2 12s Gd, 5 weaner steers at £1 16s • on account of T. P. O’Neil, 4 steers at £4 7s 6d; on account of Mrs F. M. Cron, 2 steers at £4 7s 6d, 1 cow at £4 17s 6d; on account of J. Monk, 1 emptv cow at £3 17s 6d; on account of .T. T. Smith, 2 empty cows at £* 17s Gd.
