ROUMANIAN ARRESTS. f) (United Pi ess Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright). BUCHAREST, February 15. While searching an aeroplane which had made a fofeed landing at Otopeni when on a flight to Poland, police discovered letters and other documents addressed to Roumanian Fascist Iron Guards, who have fled abroad. The pilot of the plane and its seven passengers, some of whom were injured in the landing, were.all arrested. One is alleged to be' a prominent Iron Guard leader, whom the. police had been seeking for a long time.
