ITALIAN CRUISERS, RETURNING. ROME, Feb. 15. It is announced that tlie cruisers “Eugenio Di Sdvioa” and the “Durcadpsta” have been ordered to return home directly from Caracas, because they have completed the main part of their goodwill mission to the South American Republics. It is Believed, however, they are returning because of hostile demonstrations ■in Costa Rica and Panama, and also because of the fact that Italy tvants her full naval strepgth in the home waters during the present international situation.
