The Secretary for Alarine (Air Campbell) accompanied by Air Bascand, engineer of the AVestport Harbour Board, arrived this morning, , and made an inspection of the .harbour mouth. They were accompanied by, Alessrs AI. fl. Houston and E. W. Heenan, Captain NakleF and Signalman Howe. After that they made an inspection .of the stopbank on Gibson Quay and lowlying areas of the town. A further in-
spection is to be made at low water 1 this afternoon. The visitors return to ' AVestport to-night. ' ,] S
