ARMY ESTIMATES SHOW MILLION INCREASE (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright). (Received this day at 10.30 a.m.). DUBLiN, February 14. The Eire Army estimates for 1939-40 are £3,252,199, an increase of £1,266,515. They include £831,000 for anti-air-craft guns.
