BRITAIN, AUGUST FROM NEW ZEALAND AT ’XMAS. (Australian Press Association.) (Received this day at 1.30 p.m.) SYDNEY, June 21. The “Herald’s” Canberra correspondent says that arrangements are now complete for the inauguration of a full air mail service between Britain and Australia early in August, and for the commencement of the trans-Tasman service probably just before Xmas or early in the New Year. With the commencement of the Aus-tralia-Britain service, the air mail rate from Australia to Britain will be reduced from Is 0d to od per half ounce.
