THE WEATHER
WELLINGTON, June 21. General situation: Pressure is relatively low over the whole Dominion. The advance of an intense anti-cyclone from south-eastern Australia has been retarded by the formation of a secondary depression, which is now moving on to the southern extremity of the Dominion. The forecast is for light to moderate and variable winds, turning shortly to south-westerly, and freshening. Weather changeable with intermittent rain, and in places hail, and snow on the ranges, a gradual improvement taking place to-morrow. Temperatures becoming cold. Seas rough.
